OnBrand.ai is provided by Magpie Labs as an MVP. By using OnBrand.ai you agree to import, score, and review content only for brands you or your agency are authorized to represent. You retain ownership of your brand assets, your clients’ brand assets, and all imported content.

Subscription fees are charged monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you keep access through the end of the paid period.

Compliance scores are heuristic estimates, not legal or contractual guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before shipping it to a client or a public platform.
