OnBrand.ai is an MVP operated by Magpie Labs. We take privacy seriously. We collect only what we need to operate the product: your account email, your uploaded brand assets and your clients’ brand assets (stored in Supabase Storage with row-level security), imported drafts, and analytics on product usage via PostHog.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Brand kit attributes and imported drafts are scoped to your agency account and used only to score content against the correct client’s brand kit.

We use OpenAI and Anthropic (for compliance scoring + copy analysis), Stripe (for payments), Supabase (for auth + database + storage), and PostHog (for product analytics). Each of those providers has its own privacy policy.
